1Click Energy Solutions Inc. - 1 Year Labour Warranty

1Click Energy Solutions Inc. ("1Click") provides a one (1) year labour warranty on the installation of your HVAC system, commencing from the date of installation or invoice, whichever occurs first.

This labour warranty covers defects in installation workmanship under normal use and operating conditions. During the applicable warranty period, 1Click will, at its discretion, provide labour required to correct installation-related deficiencies at no additional cost to the original owner.

NOTE: This labour warranty is separate from and in addition to the manufacturer's limited warranty issued by the manufacturing brand itself, which primarily covers parts. If you have any questions or clarifications regarding the warranty terms, please contact 1Click or the specific manufacturer of your system.

Owner Responsibilities & Conditions

This labour warranty is subject to the same owner responsibilities and conditions outlined in the manufacturer's warranty, including but not limited to: 

• Proper operation of the system in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Completion of routine and annual maintenance by a qualified HVAC technician
• Retention of proof of maintenance and service records upon request
• Ensuring the system remains in its original installation location and ownership
  

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities—including negligence, improper use, or failure to maintain the system—will result in voiding of this labour warranty.

Exclusions

• This labour warranty does not cover:
• Routine maintenance, cleaning, or preventative service
• Issues arising from manufacturer defects (covered under the respective manufacturer warranty)
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation by others, or unauthorized modifications
• External factors such as power issues, environmental conditions, or acts beyond 1Click's control
